မိဘတော်တော်များများက Year 6, Year 9 နဲ့ Year 11 မှာ ဖြေဆိုရတဲ့ Cambridge စာမေးပွဲတွေက ဘာလဲ၊ ဘယ်လောက်အရေးကြီးသလဲဆိုတာကို မကြာခဏ မေးလေ့ရှိကြပါတယ်။ Cambridge Assessment International Education က အသိအမှတ်ပြုထားတဲ့ SKT International School မှာဆိုရင် ကလေးတွေရဲ့ ပညာရေးခရီးလမ်းမှာ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ မှတ်တိုင်တွေဖြစ်တဲ့ Checkpoint နဲ့ အရည်အချင်းစစ် စာမေးပွဲတွေကို စနစ်တကျ ဖြေဆိုကြရပါတယ်။ အဆင့်တစ်ခုချင်းစီက ဘာကို ဆိုလိုသလဲဆိုတာ သေချာရှင်းပြပေးချင်ပါတယ်။

Year 6 - Cambridge Primary Checkpoint

မူလတန်းအဆင့် (Primary) အဆုံးမှာ ကျောင်းသားတွေဟာ English, Mathematics နဲ့ Science ဘာသာရပ်တွေကို ဖြေဆိုကြရပါတယ်။ ဒီစာမေးပွဲတွေဟာ

• ကလေးရဲ့ အဓိကဘာသာရပ်တွေအပေါ် နားလည်မှုကို တိုင်းတာပေးပါတယ်။

• နိုင်ငံတကာ စံနှုန်းတွေနဲ့ နှိုင်းယှဉ်ပြီး ကလေးရဲ့ Level ကို သိရှိနိုင်ပါတယ်။

• ကလေးရဲ့ အားသာချက်နဲ့ ပြုပြင်ရမယ့် အချက်တွေကို ဖော်ထုတ်ပေးပါတယ်။

• အလယ်တန်း (Lower Secondary) အဆင့်အတွက် အကောင်းဆုံး ပြင်ဆင်ပေးပါတယ်။

မှတ်ချက်။ ဒါက "အောင်/ရှုံး (Pass/Fail)" သတ်မှတ်တဲ့ စာမေးပွဲမျိုး မဟုတ်ဘဲ ကလေးရဲ့ ပညာရေးတိုးတက်မှုကို အနီးကပ် လမ်းညွှန်ပေးနိုင်ဖို့အတွက် အထောက်အကူပြုတဲ့ တိုင်းတာမှု (Diagnostic Tool) တစ်ခုပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Year 9 - Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint

အလယ်တန်းအဆင့် (Lower Secondary) အဆုံးမှာ ဖြေဆိုရတာဖြစ်ပြီး ဒီအဆင့်မှာ

• IGCSE တက်ရောက်ဖို့ အဆင်သင့်ဖြစ်ပြီလားဆိုတာကို စစ်ဆေးပါတယ်။

• စာမေးပွဲဖြေဆိုတဲ့ စွမ်းရည်နဲ့ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကိုယ် ယုံကြည်မှုတွေကို တည်ဆောက်ပေးပါတယ်။

• Year 10 ရောက်တဲ့အခါ ဘယ်ဘာသာရပ်တွေကို ရွေးချယ်သင့်သလဲဆိုတာကို ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမတွေက မှန်မှန်ကန်ကန် အကြံပေးနိုင်ဖို့ ကူညီပေးပါတယ်။

ဒီအဆင့်ကတော့ အထက်တန်းအဆင့်ကို မတက်ခင်မှာ ကလေးရဲ့ ပညာရေးအခြေခံ ဘယ်လောက်ခိုင်မာသလဲဆိုတာကို သေချာအောင် လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးပါတယ်။

Year 11 - IGCSE Examination

Year 11 မှာတော့ ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝှမ်း အသိအမှတ်ပြုထားတဲ့ International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) စာမေးပွဲကို ဖြေဆိုရပါတယ်။ IGCSE ဆိုတာက

• နိုင်ငံတကာ တက္ကသိုလ်တွေနဲ့ ကောလိပ်တွေက လက်ခံအသိအမှတ်ပြုထားပါတယ်။

• ဘာသာရပ်တွေကို ကျွမ်းကျွမ်းကျင်ကျင် နားလည်လာအောင် ပျိုးထောင်ပေးပါတယ်။

• ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာတွေးခေါ်မှုနဲ့ ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စွမ်းတွေကို မြှင့်တင်ပေးပါတယ်။

• A-Levels ဆက်တက်ဖို့အတွက် အဓိက လိုအပ်ချက်ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
